Job Description:
As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for driving efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies. Your primary focus will be on optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to achieve measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Facebook Ads, Advertisement strategies, verifying video content editing etc.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performance.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve cost-per-acquisition goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is a plus.
