The Steward/ Waiter/ Hostess is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and dining areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Upsell menu items and promote hotel offerings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
