We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and proactive Multipurpose Task Manager
to work closely with the Leadership Team and ensure smooth day-to-day execution of
business priorities.
This role is ideal for a go-getter with a positive attitude, strong ownership mindset, and
excellent follow-up skills. The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple teams,
track assignments, manage executive schedules, prepare presentations, and ensure tasks
are completed on time. This position requires someone who is resourceful, presentable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Project Coordination
Track day-to-day tasks and projects across departments.
Follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and maintain execution
timelines.
Maintain task trackers and progress reports for leadership review.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and action trackers.
Executive & Administrative Support
Draft professional emails, letters, and business correspondence.
Maintain confidential records and documentation.
Organize files, reports, and important business documents.
Provide administrative support to the Leadership Office.
Presentation & Documentation
Create professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, proposals, and meeting
documents.
Compile information from different departments into concise business summaries.
Assist leadership with presentations for meetings, investors, partners, and internal
reviews.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a bridge between leadership and various departments.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication of priorities, deadlines, and action items.

Experience in Media, Entertainment, Technology, or Startup environments.
