Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsperson with strong proficiency in AutoCAD, AutoLISP, and 3D modeling. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of proven experience in a well-reputed firm, specializing in MEP and detailed Civil Infrastructure drafting. You will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings for Storm Water Drains (SWD), Sewerage, and Water Supply networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Drafting: Prepare detailed drawings for Civil Infrastructure projects, including Storm Water Drains (SWD), Sewerage systems, and Water Supply networks.
- MEP Coordination: Draft precise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) layouts ensuring alignment with civil structural elements.
- AutoCAD Mastery: Utilize advanced AutoCAD commands and AutoLISP routines to automate drafting tasks and increase efficiency.
- 3D Modeling: Create 3D visualizations and models to support design intent and clarity.
- Detailing: Generate high-quality construction documentation, sections, and elevations.
- Compliance: Ensure all drawings adhere to industry standards and local municipal regulations.
- Site Coordination: Follow the site coordination and modifications required within drawing as per suitable engineering requirements from site.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of dedicated drafting experience in a reputed engineering or architectural firm.
- Software Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD (2D & 3D), including the use of Lisp commands/scripts.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Civil drafting standards, specifically for wet utilities (SWD, Sewer, Water).
- Location: Must reside in Mira Road or within a 5 km radius.
- Soft Skills: Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and good technical communication skills.
