The role focuses on increasing revenue, improving customer experience, managing sales strategies, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Monitor website sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams on promotions and campaigns
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory availability
- Build relationships with online customers and business partners

- Train and supervise online sales staff when required
