RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks efficiently while also managing basic accounting functions. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Schedule appointments, handle patient inquiries, and assist in maintaining patient records.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and other events as required.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients for collections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
