Job Title: Sales Trainer
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat

About the Role:
We are hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Sales Trainer to join their team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the sales capabilities of new and existing employees through structured training programs, coaching, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Train teams on lead generation, sales conversion techniques, and product knowledge.
- Monitor employee performance after training and provide coaching where required.
- Develop and update training modules, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and improve sales effectiveness.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Training or Lead Generation Training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good CIBIL score
