- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help patients with mobility, including transferring from bed to wheelchair or assisting with walking.
- Support patients during feeding and hydration when necessary.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nurses, doctors, or family members.
- Maintainpersonal hygiene and cleanliness of the patient and surrounding environment.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Help in changing bed linens and maintaining a clean patient area.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures.
