Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, manage the team, and contribute to overall branch growth.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in EdTech, Automobile, or a related sales-driven industry, with strong leadership, communication, customer-handling, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
- Ensure proper lead management and timely follow-up.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement
- Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain reports and coordinate with head office
Requirements:
- Any Degree (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in edtech, automobile, or team handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic computer and reporting skills
