Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
Job Summary:The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store, driving sales performance, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding recruitment, documentation, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Handle cash management, billing, and store opening/closing procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
