Role Overview
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to act as the primary on-ground representative of Arkahub during rooftop solar installations. The role owns end-to-end execution at customer sites—managing technicians, electricians, fabricators, and helpers; ensuring work is completed to design, quality, and safety standards within the planned schedule; conducting final checks before handover; and keeping the operations team updated on daily progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise end-to-end rooftop solar installations at customer sites
- Ensure installations are completed as per design, quality, and safety standards
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per planned schedules
- Manage technicians, electricians, fabricators, and helper teams during execution
- Ensure proper usage of tools, materials, and safety equipment
- Act as the primary on-ground representative of Arkahub
- Ensure quality workmanship across structure, wiring, and finishing
- Monitor installation practices and enforce safety compliance
- Conduct final site checks before project handover
- Share daily progress updates with the operations team
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in rooftop solar projects
- Basic understanding of solar systems, electrical work, and structures
- Ability to manage field teams and customer interactions
- Willingness to travel across installation sites
- Strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
