RT Reddy Real Estates LLP is looking for a Site Supervisor to manage daily work at construction sites. The candidate will supervise workers, check the quality of work, monitor construction progress, and ensure projects are completed on time.
This is a field-based job. The candidate will be required to stay at the project site during working hours and regularly monitor construction activities. This is not an office-based position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction work at the site.
- Manage workers and contractors.
- Ensure work is done as per drawings and plans.
- Check the quality of construction work and materials.
- Monitor daily progress and report to management.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and suppliers.
- Keep records of site activities and work completed.
- Ensure materials are available when needed.
- Follow and maintain safety rules at the site.
- Identify and report any site issues.
- Help complete projects on time and within budget.
- This role requires working on-site and continuously monitoring construction activities throughout the day.
- Regular visits to different project locations may be required based on project needs.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of construction work.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage workers and teams.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and hardworking attitude.
Preferred Candidate:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Interested in construction and real estate.
- Willing to travel to different project sites.
- Good leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working outdoors at construction sites.
- Willing to spend the majority of working hours in the field rather than in an office.
- Able to travel to different project sites when required.
- Driving license mandatory.
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Important Note:
This is a full-time field job. Candidates should be willing to work at construction sites and actively supervise day-to-day site operations. Candidates looking for office-based roles are not suitable for this position.
