Job Summary
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
- Manage and expand distributor and retailer network.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for high performance.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Skills And Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG / Food industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
