- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
