Safe Trip Holidays is a growing travel agency specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Customized Tours, Hotel Bookings, Visa Assistance, and Travel Planning. We are looking for a passionate Travel Consultant who can provide excellent customer service and help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and suppliers.
- Process bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and itineraries.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for travel are also welcome.
Working Hours
- Monday – Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
