Job Overview
Homzinterio is looking for a motivated and experienced Interior Site Engineer to manage the execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution as per approved drawings and BOQs.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.
- Plan and manage material requirements at the project site.
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with the design team.
- Conduct project handover and ensure proper closure documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or Interior Design.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
- Good understanding of interior drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
