Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Coordinator with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel to support the sales team in data management, sales reporting, order coordination, and business analysis. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, efficient in handling large data sets, and capable of preparing accurate reports for management decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and internal departments for smooth order processing and dispatch tracking.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, and order status updates.
- Support the sales team in daily operational activities and reporting.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Generate sales analysis reports using Advanced Excel functions.
- Maintain accurate sales data and dashboards for management review.
- Track sales performance, targets, schemes, and incentives.
Data Management & Analysis
- Handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.
- Use formulas and functions for business analysis and reporting.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, warehouse, and marketing teams.
- Follow up with customers/distributors for documentation and order updates.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and sales data.
Required Technical SkillsAdvanced Excel Knowledge (Mandatory)
Candidate must have strong practical knowledge of:

Additional knowledge of ERP/Sales software will be an added advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in Commerce, Management, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / MIS / Sales Support role.
- Experience in FMCG or Food Processing industry preferred.(Not Madatory).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.

Pay: ₹11,436.41 - ₹50,000.00 per month
