CUSTOMER SERVICE - FEEDBACK : (International BPO Exp must)
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Feedback Review Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact our customers and encourage them to share their experiences and post reviews of the services we have provided. This is a crucial role in helping us maintain and improve our reputation and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
· Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to customers who have recently used our services to gather our feedback and request reviews.
· Feedback Collection: Engage with customers to understand their experiences and document their feedback accurately
· Review Encouragement: Politely and professionally encourage satisfied customers to share their positive experiences through online reviews
· Follow Up: Manage follow up communications with customers who may need assistance in posting their reviews
· Data Management: Maintain a detailed log of all customer interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting.
· Issue Resolution: Identify and report any customer concerns or issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
· Performance tracking: Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly targets for customer calls and reviews posted.
Desired Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with friendly and persuasive phone etiquettes.
· Previous experience in a similar role in customer service, telemarketing or related field but with international experience is required.
· Ability to handle customer feedback, both positive and negative in a professional and constructive manner.
· Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and take pressure.
· Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Remote Work Necessitates the following:
· Possess a functional Laptop/Desktop to work
· A strong internet connection and a reliable power back up to prevent work disruptions.
Location: Remote /WFH Bangalore
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role is mandatory Workweek: Monday to Friday, 6:30AM – 3:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM – 2:30PM
