B2C E-COMMERCE
Shopify operations: Own the backend end-to-end — orders, inventory, fulfilment workflow, tracking, returns, refunds.
Order handoff: Brief the Dispatch Coordinator daily on orders to pick, pack, and ship, and in what priority.
B2C customer service: Respond on WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, email, and Shopify chat within 2 working hours.
Post-purchase comms: Order confirmations, dispatch updates with AWB, delivery follow-ups. Marketplaces: Manage Amazon and Pepperfry listings as those channels activate — info, pricing, stock, messages.
Returns and escalations: Handle returns, refund processing, escalations needing human judgement.
B2B groundwork: Build a Gujarat-wide prospect database; initial outreach and sample requests.
B2B SALES LEAD
Pipeline: Build and manage B2B prospects — designers, architects, landscape consultants, developers, hotels, co-working. Field sales: Client meetings, site visits, presentations across Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat — and beyond as needed. Quotations and closing: Present catalogue and samples, prepare quotations, close orders within Director-approved pricing. Production handoff: Pass confirmed orders for scheduling; coordinate delivery with Dispatch. Targets and reporting: Achieve monthly B2B targets. Submit weekly pipeline report — leads, quotations, orders closed, collections.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
