Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (Back Office) to join our growing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in Kannada, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Update customer records and maintain CRM data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Academic Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Customer Relationship Management will be preferre
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
