About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to manage the day-to-day movement of JJW merchandise from our retail location to our customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are accurately packed, ready on time, handed over smoothly to delivery partners, and properly updated across relevant platforms.
This is an important operations role for someone who is organised, punctual, responsible, and proactive. You will work closely with courier partners, delivery riders, and internal teams to make sure our customers receive the right products without unnecessary delays.
What You'll Be Responsible ForOrder Fulfillment & Dispatch
- Pack and verify customer merchandise orders accurately.
- Ensure every order is properly prepared before dispatch.
- Coordinate and hand over orders to delivery riders and logistics partners.
- Ensure orders meet daily dispatch timelines and cut-off schedules.
Order & Portal Management
- Update order statuses accurately and on time.
- Track orders through stages such as Packed, Ready for Pickup, Dispatched, and Out for Delivery.
- Monitor pending orders and ensure that no customer order is missed.
Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate directly with delivery executives and courier partners.
- Quickly resolve issues such as delayed pickups, incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or rider coordination problems.
- Follow up on delayed or pending shipments until they are resolved.
- Communicate operational updates clearly with the internal team.
Store & Inventory Support
- Maintain a clean and organised order packing and dispatch area.
- Assist with stock checks and physical inventory counts.
- Report stock shortages, mismatches, or discrepancies immediately.

Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience preferred in retail operations, inventory, billing, dispatch, warehousing, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Comfortable using web dashboards, seller portals, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to learn and manage new merchant or logistics platforms.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and conversational English.
- Strong work ethic and a practical problem-solving mindset.
