We are looking experienced candidate having great knowledge about the IT having 3+ years of Experience for Hospital.
- Systems Management: Oversee and maintain all computer networks, servers, storage, and software systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Leadership & Staffing: Recruit, mentor, and train IT staff, assigning projects and conducting performance evaluations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement cybersecurity policies, firewalls, and data security measures, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Analyze business needs to plan, upgrade, and install new hardware and software.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop, maintain, and test data backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Budgeting & Vendor Management: Manage the IT department budget and negotiate contracts with vendors for technology services.
- Staff Training: Training medical and administrative staff on new systems, software, and data security protocols.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
