Zeal Academy is looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresh graduates who can confidently interact with students, create engaging social media content, and support our admissions team. Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Admissions
- Answer incoming calls and respond to student enquiries professionally.
- Follow up with leads generated through social media, website, WhatsApp, phone calls, and marketing campaigns.
- Counsel students about IELTS, OET, PTE, LanguageCert, OPRA, PEBC, ADC, and other international licensing and English language programs.
- Understand students' goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling sessions and maintain regular follow-ups until enrolment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, and admissions in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students and provide excellent customer service.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, including Reels and Shorts.
- Write captions, blogs, and promotional content.
- Participate in videos, student interviews, testimonials, and educational campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and generate creative marketing ideas.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Promote Zeal Academy's courses through engaging and informative content.
Events & Brand Promotion
- Support seminars, webinars, workshops, and educational exhibitions.
- Represent the company during promotional events and student interactions.
- Assist with branding activities and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Comfortable appearing in videos and speaking on camera.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar editing tools.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
