- Design & Drafting: Create detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360).
- Fixture & Tooling Design: Design jigs, fixtures, and gauges to support efficient CNC/VMC machining and improve production quality.
- CAM Programming & Optimization: Generate toolpaths and optimize machining sequences to minimize cycle times.
- Manufacturing Collaboration: Work directly with machinists and production teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Engineering Analysis: Perform design calculations, validate engineering specifications, and analyze GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
