Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead-generation activities.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers and Business Unit Heads.
- Conduct virtual presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative discussions with prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business and account growth.
- Collaborate with delivery and training teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client records within CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales, business development, and account management experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage with mid-level and senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and consultative sales processes.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms.
- Ability to develop customized proposals and training solutions based on client needs.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate clients.
- Experience handling enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
