Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer interactions both on calls and in person. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer experience, managing CRM data, and supporting sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
● Handle customer inquiries via calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups
● Provide accurate information about vehicles, pricing, and offers
● Maintain customer records in CRM systems
● Perform tele calling for lead generation and follow-ups
● Assist in billing and basic documentation processes
● Ensure smooth customer journey from inquiry to closure
● Coordinate with sales and backend teams
● Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times
Required Skills
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good patience and customer handling ability
● Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
● Tele calling and follow-up skills
● Knowledge of billing processes
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
