Simplify and standardise contract templates to support customer growth, particularly for AI-native and innovation-led offerings.
Review terms and conditions for key operator, aggregator, and enterprise contracts to limit liability and protect against external fraud.
Regulatory & Compliance
Privacy & Data Protection
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a go-to legal adviser for sales, product, and telecom-operator teams - counselling on legal matters, business initiatives, and commercial-relationship issues.
Manage relationships and processes with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Communicate legal and policy issues clearly to non-legal colleagues, enabling informed decision-making.
Legal Operations & Innovation
Embrace and leverage AI-powered contract review tools (including Harvey and Gemini Enterprise) to reduce review time and increase throughput.
Work with the legal team to develop practice standards, standard operating procedures, and departmental best practices.
We want you to succeed, and we believe in setting clear expectations from the outset. In this role, you will be measured on:
Quality: Work products are thoroughly researched, legally sound, compliant, accurate, and well-presented. Risks are identified and mitigated through proper iterations, redlining, and advisory comments.
Independence: You manage your portfolio with minimal oversight, exercising sound judgement. Matters are approved from a legal standpoint only after thorough review and required approvals are obtained.
Timeliness: You meet agreed turnaround times, follow up proactively, and keep stakeholders informed.
Compliance: Full adherence to internal SOPs, approval matrices, Delegation of Authority, and APAC contracting procedures. Non-compliance is avoided; if inadvertent, it is identified and rectified promptly.
Reporting: Accurate and timely reporting; trackers maintained and updates shared with the team and management.
Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback promptly, strengthen skills through quarterly training, and proactively build competency in privacy, regulatory, and compliance areas.
