About the Role
Nirmaan Organization is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement cum Mobilization Coordinator to drive student mobilization, industry partnerships, and placement activities. The role involves identifying eligible candidates for training programs, building relationships with employers, and ensuring successful placement of trained candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesMobilization
- Plan and execute mobilization activities in schools, colleges, communities, villages, and partner institutions.
- Conduct awareness sessions, career guidance programs, and counseling for students and parents.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, NGOs, government departments, and community leaders for candidate mobilization.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly mobilization targets.
- Maintain mobilization records, lead databases, and admission reports.
- Follow up with prospective candidates to ensure enrollment.
Placement
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, industries, and recruiters for placement opportunities.
- Identify suitable job openings aligned with students' skills and training.
- Coordinate campus drives, interviews, job fairs, and recruitment events.
- Prepare students for interviews through mock interviews, resume building, and employability sessions.
- Track placement progress and ensure candidates join their respective organizations.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups to monitor candidate retention.
Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain accurate placement and mobilization MIS reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with training teams to align placement requirements with student readiness.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and updated.
- Support audits and reporting requirements as per organizational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Work, Marketing, Education, or any related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in placements, mobilization, admissions, business development, or student counseling.
- Experience in the Skill Development, Education, NGO, ITI, Polytechnic, or Vocational Training sector is preferred.
