Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Immigration Executive to manage immigration processes while delivering excellent client relationship support. This role combines hands-on immigration documentation and compliance responsibilities with regular client interaction, guidance, and case coordination. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple clients, explaining complex immigration processes clearly, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations & Case Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the immigration process.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates and clear guidance.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate visa and immigration solutions.
- Respond to client queries professionally and resolve issues related to documentation or applications.
Immigration Processing & Documentation
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, work permits, residence permits, and related documentation.
- Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws and government requirements.
- Track application progress and follow up with relevant immigration authorities.
- Ensure timely submission of applications to meet deadlines.
Compliance & Record Management
- Stay up to date with immigration laws, policy changes, and procedural updates.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all client immigration cases.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, consulates, and external service providers.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as HR, legal, and administration as required.
- Prepare regular status reports on ongoing, pending, and completed cases.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in immigration services, visa processing, HR mobility, or any client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of immigration procedures and documentation requirements.
- Excellent communication, client-handling, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, onboarding, customer relations, visa consultancy, immigration, travel, or operations support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle difficult clients professionally.
- Good organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ownership mindset.
Good to Have
- UAE immigration / visa processing experience. (not mandatory)
- Experience in CRM systems or client onboarding tools.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Sales coordination or service upselling experience.
