Electrical Engineer – QA/QC (Solar Project)

Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer (QA/QC) for solar project field quality inspection. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards during execution of large-scale solar and transmission projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC field inspections for solar projects
- Supervise erection, testing & commissioning activities
- Installation & inspection of HV/EHV transmission lines (33 KV – Single/Double/Multi Circuit)
- Handle PV Plant DC & AC works (50 MW+ projects preferred)
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and reporting
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), project schedules & planning
- Monitor project execution and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and track materials
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 5–8 years of relevant experience
- Experience in solar projects (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of transmission lines and switchyards
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale solar projects (50 MW+)
- Strong field inspection and execution experience
- Ability to manage quality and timelines effectively
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
