Job Role
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Backend Manager to handle warehouse operations, inventory management, backend coordination, reporting, and operational support for smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory
- Manage inward & outward stock operations
- Ensure proper stock receiving, dispatch & documentation
- Maintain SKU tracking & stock accuracy
- Conduct regular inventory reconciliation
- Update inward/outward sheets daily
Quality Check & Stock Control
- Monitor QC for incoming & outgoing stock
- Identify damaged/mismatch stock immediately
- Maintain QC and stock discrepancy records
- Coordinate stock replenishment with store & merchandising teams
Backend Operations
- Handle backend operational coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts & store teams
- Track pending inward, outward & deliveries
- Maintain operational records & reports
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain:
- Inward sheets
- Outward sheets
- Inventory reports
- SKU reports
- Courier & dispatch records
- Share regular MIS & operational reports with management
HR & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain staff attendance records
- Support payroll & salary input coordination
- Coordinate leave records & staff documentation with HR
Operational Responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse discipline & process compliance
- Support smooth operational execution
- Follow operational timelines & SOPs
- Manage team coordination effectively
