Role: Floor Manager
Department: Retail
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management: Supervise staff on the floor, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow
2. Operations: Monitor daily floor activities and ensure targets/KPIs are met
3. Customer/Client Handling: Address queries, complaints, and ensure good service
4. Coordination: Coordinate between different departments like admin, HR, production, sales
5. Reporting: Maintain attendance, shift reports, and report issues to senior management
6. Training: Train new employees and conduct inductions
Key Skills:
- Leadership and team handling
- Communication skills in Tamil + English
- Problem solving and decision making
- Basic computer knowledge for reports
EXPERINCE : FRESHERS
WORKING HOURS:10.30AM TO 09.00PM
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
