About the Role:
You're the first human touchpoint for every lead that comes in. Your job is to qualify fast, build enough trust to book a call, and make sure that call actually happens. Speed, persistence, and CRM discipline are non-negotiable here.
What You'll Do:
- Work all inbound leads and make first contact within 20 minutes
- Qualify leads using the DM/script framework and book confirmed calls
- Log every disposition accurately in the CRM
- Follow up religiously with no-shows and prospects who didn't close
- Hit daily outreach targets consistently
What We're Looking For:
Prior sales or tele-calling experience with strong verbal and written communication
Someone who is persistent without being pushy
CRM disciplined- you log everything, always
Bonus Points:
Experience in high-ticket sales or education/training industry
