Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute end-to-end performance campaigns for specific residential and commercial project launches, maximizing the quality lead volume while maintaining a strict Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) threshold.
· Master audience segmentations across Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and programmatic networks, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, investors, and local end-users.
· Collaborate with design teams to produce high-converting ad formats specific to real estate (localized lifestyle copy, and urgency-driven price offers).
· Run relentless experiments on landing page layouts, instant lead forms, WhatsApp-automated funnels, and bidding strategies to optimize conversion rates.
· Conduct daily feedback loops with the inside sales/telecalling team to review lead quality, adjusting targeting parameters immediately if conversion rates drop.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with at least 1 year exclusively within the Real Estate sector (either at a channel partner, developer firm, or real estate specialized agency).
· Expert-level execution Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
· Proven ability to target niche high-budget audiences and utilize precise geographical radius targeting around micro-markets.
· Analysis of data and stats for performance and ROI
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
