Job Responsibilities
- Understanding client hiring requirements and job profiles
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screening resumes and conducting telephonic interviews
- Scheduling interviews with clients and candidates
- Maintaining candidate database and follow-up records
- Coordinating with clients regarding interview feedback and joining updates
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports
- Maintaining professional communication with candidates and clients
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Team handling and coordination skills will be an added advantage
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA HR Preferred
Experience
- Fresher can apply
- Experienced candidates in recruitment will be preferred
