- Run routine checks and periodic servicing on plant electrical distribution panels, motors, transformers, and lighting.
- Fix sudden electrical breakdowns or power failures quickly to prevent batch loss or production delays.
- Handle Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to log work orders, monitor asset health, and schedule routine tasks.
Compliance and Documentation
- Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all electrical equipment and routine actions.
- Keep extensive logs for audits by regulatory bodies (such as WHO, USFDA, or local authorities) to guarantee complete traceability.
- Support equipment validation, calibration, and qualification protocols for new or modified machinery.
Automation and Utilities Support
- Troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and SCADA control systems.
- Monitor critical cleanroom utility infrastructures like HVAC systems, purified water systems, and clean steam generators.
- Coordinate plant safety rules, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and strict permit-to-work procedures during interventions
