We are hiring International Voice Process Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers. The role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving queries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers
- Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, or technical support
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain call quality, compliance, and process standards
- Update customer details and call notes in CRM systems
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresher or experience in International Voice Process / BPO
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in night shifts
- Any graduate / diploma / undergraduate can apply
Preferred Skills
- Clear pronunciation and good listening skills
- Customer handling skills
- Ability to work under targets
