Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Patna. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and users, responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, tracking and documenting customer interactions, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams. The role involves proactively following up on open requests, collecting feedback to improve service quality, and ensuring a positive, consistent customer experience. The representative will also collaborate with technical and product teams to understand NexaCore’s solutions and communicate clear, accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including experience in Customer Service and Customer Support.
Ability to maintain high Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience in every interaction.
Familiarity with Customer Service Representative responsibilities, including handling queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
Comfort using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software to log and manage customer interactions.
Proven problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work on-site in Patna, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to evolving processes.
Prior experience in a tech, SaaS, or IT services environment is an advantage; a diploma or degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
