- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent source and screen through job portal.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Screen candidates resumes and job application.
- On board new employee in order to become fully integrated.
- Drive the end to end talent acquisition process.
- Prepare MIS reports on a regular basis to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Education: MBA-HR or any relevant degree
Experience: 2years+( in Hospital)
Salary: 20kpm - 30kpm
