- Talent Sourcing & Attraction: Proactively identifying, attracting, and sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networking.
- Hiring Collaboration: Meeting with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and determine ideal candidate profiles.
- Screening & Selection: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video screenings, and evaluating applicants for skill and culture fit.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling and facilitating interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Offer Negotiation & Closing: Extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and closing candidates.
Pay: ₹11,909.81 - ₹43,344.95 per month
