Role Definition
The HR Executive ensures effective execution of people processes across HR operations,
onboarding, engagement, and learning. This role ensure accurate documentation, HRMS
management, timely onboarding, engaging employee experiences, seamless learning
program execution, and responsive query handling.
The role supports the HR Operations Manager in governance and compliance, while assisting
the L&D/Engagement Head in L&D and Engagement program delivery.

Key Task and Activities:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee lifecycle documentation in Keka system (offer, appointment,
confirmation, transfer, exit).
- Update and validate Keka HRMS: Personal info and documents, Job/ Designation
mapping, Cost center, Location, and Reporting lines.
- Ensure registration of required statutory compliance (PF & ESIC) in real time.
- Generate Monthly HR MIS (Pulse Score, Learning Score data).
- Ensure 100% readiness for internal and external audits with SOP adherence.
Onboarding & Induction (Aarambh)
- Ensure completion of Pre-onboarding checklist, Aarambh kit preparation and HR
requisitions allocation.
- Completion of joining formalities: Document collection, HRMS activation, ID creation,
assets allocation, etc.
Manage Corporate and HR induction. Track Aarambh requisitions and ensure timely
resource allocation as per requirements.
- Ensure proper maintenance and updation of employee files and records, both
physical and digital, with accurate documentation and compliance standards.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Take end-to-end accountability for planning, coordinating, and executing employee
engagement activities effectively and within timelines. Beyond Work events, HR
Connect, engagement drives.
- Coordinate Recognition programs in line with R&R framework.
- Maintain internal HR engagement communications to ensure effective employee
connect, timely updates, and smooth coordination across departments.
- Capture engagement feedback (event photos, survey forms, feedback ratings).
Learning & Development Execution
- Coordinate preparation of Samvad batches and ensure timely communication of
programme schedules, timelines, and activity plan with L&D Head .
- Coordinate training schedules, invites, logistics, and trainer requirements.
- Track attendance and update learning dashboards for each program.
- Upload content, and assessments on e-Gurukul LMS.
- Assignment compliance courses as scheduled.
- Send weekly reminders for pending modules, ensure 90% completion.
- Consolidate monthly learning reports with feedback, assessment scores, and
application impact.
HR Helpdesk & Employee Support
- Act as first-point contact for HR queries (leave, payroll, reimbursements, policies).
- Manage WeCare HR Helpdesk tickets: acknowledge within 2 hours, close within SLA
- Escalate unresolved cases to HR Ops Manager and track closure.
- Review the tickets and take actions to reduce repeat queries.
Success Metrics
- 100% accurate HRMS & documentation, 0% error in audits.
- 100% compliance in Onboarding process, 95% induction completion within TAT.
- 95% engagement activities executed as per calendar, 80% participation, 4.5/5
feedback.
- 95% e-Gurukul completion, 85% Program Score in Learning & Development
- 100% We Care query closure within SLA.
- 100% trackers and dashboard submitted by defined timelines (weekly/monthly).
