Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable AI/ML applications, working with Large Language Models (LLMs), and implementing modern AI technologies across the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
- Build and optimize machine learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI-driven business opportunities.
- Develop intelligent applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Vector Databases.
- Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and other advanced AI techniques.
- Build and maintain AI pipelines using MLOps best practices.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for model deployment and infrastructure.
- Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
- Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, ethical, and production-ready.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML development.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, AI Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-tuning LLMs.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and MLflow.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 14+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in AI/ML Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML products in production.
- Knowledge of AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
- Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the content supply chain and marketing domain is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative, high-impact AI/ML solutions.
