- Generate leads through field visits, references, and customer databases
- Coordinate with insurance companies, agents, and surveyors for business generation
- Promote accident repair services and insurance claim assistance to customers
- Follow up on accidental vehicles and enquiry leads for conversion
- Track and update lead conversion status and maintain reports
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Job Controller for smooth job execution
- Support customers in insurance claim process and documentation
- Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
