About the Role
Are you an effective communicator with a passion for sustainable agriculture? Srichanddras Organics is seeking dynamic individuals to help bring high-quality organic solutions to the modern farming community.
In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our manufacturing units and the farmers, focusing on consultative sales, digital outreach, and professional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Farmer Engagement: Conduct professional telephonic consultations to understand crop challenges and provide expert organic fertilizer recommendations.
- Digital Outreach & Management: Maintain and grow the company’s brand presence across platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram to engage with farmers and rural stakeholders.
- Direct-to-Farmer Sales (D2F): Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring farmers receive high-quality products directly from our manufacturing units.
- Communication & Education: Translate technical agricultural knowledge into clear, persuasive information that helps farmers improve their yields through organic practices.
- Lead Generation: Identify and follow up with potential customers to build a robust network of organic-focused agriculturists.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational Background: B.Sc. in Agriculture or an Agriculture Diploma, B.Sc. in General Science candidates are also welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to speak and communicate fluently in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
- Core Skills: Strong persuasive speaking skills, a self-starting attitude, and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
- Agricultural Knowledge: A solid understanding of farming practices or a strong willingness to master the technical aspects of organic agriculture.
