Key Responsibilities
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic software, scan tools, and electronic testing equipment to identify complex mechanical and electrical failures.
- Complex Repairs: Perform major repairs including engines, transmissions, powertrain, steering, and braking systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior technicians, sharing best practices and providing technical support.
- Quality Control: Road test vehicles and inspect repairs to ensure safety, reliability, and accuracy.
- Service Advising: Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain technical diagnoses and repair needs.
- Workshop Operations: Maintain a clean, organized work area, manage parts inventory, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
