We are looking for an experienced and passionate Fashion Consultant with boutique and ethnic wear sales experience to assist customers in selecting outfits that match their style, occasion, and personality. The candidate should have strong customer handling skills, knowledge of ethnic and Indo-western fashion, and the ability to deliver a premium shopping experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting ethnic, bridal, and Indo-western outfits
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and occasion needs
- Provide styling suggestions and complete look coordination
- Handle outfit trials and assist customers during fittings
- Take proper measurements for alterations and custom fittings
- Coordinate with tailoring and alteration team for perfect fitting
- Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue growth
- Handle product display and maintain store presentation standards
- Explain fabric, embroidery, styling, and outfit details to customers
- Maintain customer database and follow up with clients
- Support billing and order coordination when required
- Ensure smooth trial room and floor management
- Stay updated with latest fashion trends and collections
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Good fashion sense and styling knowledge
- Customer relationship and luxury client handling
- Measurement and fitting understanding
- Confidence in handling premium clientele
- Team coordination and multitasking ability
Preferred Experience:
- 2–8 years experience in boutique, ethnic wear, bridal wear, or luxury fashion sales
- Experience in designer boutiques or premium fashion brands preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
