We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Head to build and scale our pork products sales across HORECA, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels. The role involves developing strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, managing a sales team, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Strong experience in FMCG / meat (Pork) / frozen food / food distribution sales preferred
- Strong network in HORECA or food retail industry (preferred)
- Experience in field sales and distributor management
- Ability to manage team and devise strategies to achieve sales
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
