Job Summary
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE, capable of bridging business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM configuration, customization, integrations, support, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM (Entities, Forms, Views, Dashboards, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Security Roles).
- Work on Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
- Collaborate with development teams on Plugins, Custom Workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate, and CRM Web APIs.
- Support integrations with ERP, SAP, third-party applications, and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Perform data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and user training.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Create functional and technical documentation.
- Work directly with US-based stakeholders and business users.
Required Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong experience in CRM Configuration and Customization.
- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, Actions, and CRM Web API.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and Azure services.
- Experience with SQL, FetchXML, data migration, and reporting.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies , GIT , DevOps
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
- Experience with Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages/D365 Portals.
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Integration Services.
- End-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation experience.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
