Position: Area Sales Manager – LAP (Micro/Mass LAP)
Salary: Upto 12-15 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive LAP business through Direct Sales, DSAs, Channel Partners & Connectors
It will be a supervisory role.
Achieve sourcing and disbursement targets
Build and manage DSA & referral partner network
Acquire new customers and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with Credit, Legal & Operations for smooth loan processing
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines
Eligibility:
Bachelor's Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
4–11 years of experience in LAP, Mortgage, Home Loans or Secured Lending Sales
Experience in Banking, NBFC or Housing Finance preferred
