Job Summary
NextGen is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver customized business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums when required.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Key Account Management.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
